How to “Register” for gaining access to your Holy Trinity personal information

 1) Due to confidentiality concerns, EACH parishioner can access only THEIR personal account information. Thus, in a family situation, the spouse and/or child(ren) will need to register on the website to view/edit their personal info. Some data, such as home address, phone #, contributions, are shared and can be viewed/edited by either spouse.

2) If you are unsure that Holy Trinity has a current email address in our database (and we probably don’t if it’s changed within the past year or unless you provided it upon registering at the parish in the past couple years), STOP NOW and click here to send an email to notify us of your current email address … your web account can not be set-up without an email address to send your security passcode. Please allow at least 2 working days before attempting to “register” on the website again.

3) To register for access to your account, go to the option “Not Registered?” – Get your user name and password.

4) Enter your FIRST name as you would have registered at the parish. Most register using their “formal” name. Ex. “William” rather than “Bill”. If not sure, try it both ways…it will only work with the name that matches our records.

5) Enter your LAST name. Do not include any suffixes such as “Jr.” or “Sr.”

6) Enter the email address that we would have in our parish database. This is where your temporary security code will be sent. IMPORTANT: We must have this in our system BEFORE you attempt to create your account.

7) If successful, you will receive a message on the web page saying your account is now established and that you will receive your “temporary” pass code by email. You will be asked to change this when accessing your account for the first time.

8) If successful, re-enter the “Update your Information Member Login” going to “Registered User Sign-in” and enter your user name with your FIRST AND LAST name without any spaces in between.

9) Enter your temporary password. It will instruct you to change your password (at least 5 characters) and verify it.

10) Recommend using the “Remember me” for your password so you don’t forget it next time you want to access your account.

11) If you are unsuccessful in registering, you can send an email via a link on the website page for a follow-up assistance. We will reply at our earliest opportunity.
