Eucharistic Homebound Visitor
Homebound visitor care for homebound parishioners, by setting up time to visit and take communion to those unable to leave their homes, and to those in nursing homes & assisted living facilities. Eucharistic minister training is needed! Commitment is based on your availability.

Food Kitchen Volunteer
These volunteers serve lunch at an inner-city food kitchen on the third Thursday of each month. We meet on the third Thursday of each month, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm at food kitchen in KCK (6th & Nebraska) – carpool leaves from SW corner of HT church parking lot at 9:30 am.

Food Pantry Driver
The driver assists in delivery of food that is collected during the Children’s Offertory to the food pantry at Catholic Community Services in Olathe. Could take 1-2 hours per week.

Friendly Visitor
These volunteers aid & befriend those who are alone and without family or outside support. 1 to 2 hours a week, as commitment is there and help is needed.

Funeral Dinners
These volunteers prepare and/or serve meals in the social room after church funerals. Volunteer as needed, approximately 2-3 hours per funeral.

Hospital Visitors
These volunteers take communion to Overland Park Regional Medical Center on Sunday and Monday mornings. Training is given on-site. One visit every one to two months, as needed.

St. Monica's Circle
St. Monica's offers spiritual and financial support group for those in need. We meet the 1st Tuesday evening of every month during the school year (September to June) from 7:30 to 9:30 pm in members’ homes.

This volunteer group builds relationships as One Body with our brothers and sisters in our sister parish of San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala, and other communities around the world.
