Hostess

• Register online (below) by December 2nd and submit the donation amount for your entire group. 
• You do NOT need to provide the names of your guests
• Assign 3 people to bring dessert, serving 10-12 people.  Share DESSERT info below.
• Assign other guests to bring hors d'oeuvres or assist with settings/decorations for your table
• Table will be identified by your name so let your table guests know to look for your name when they arrive
• Pick up your table standard at the counter in the Quigley cafe
• Decide the table theme and decorate on your own or with other members of your table
• Be sure to provide appropriate number of place settings including plates, napkins, silverware, wine and water glasses, coffee cups/saucers, and water carafe
• DON’T FORGET WATER PITCHER/CARAFE. Coffee will be provided
• Tables are round and will be covered with black tablecloth
• Don’t forget candles!
• Decorating will take place at between 3:30pm to 6 pm
• Be creative & have fun!  Advent wreaths, nativity sets, fresh flowers, crosses, and angels are some ideas. See photos below for examples

Guest(s) bringing wine

• Bring enough wine to last your table for 2 hours
• You can decide or ask table team what they prefer  (white? red? both)
• Bring wine bottle opener and chiller

• appetizers will be shared with your own table guests.
• can be homemade or store bought—make your favorite holiday finger food
• mini quiches, crostini, or skewers are some ideas

• AT LEAST THREE table guests should bring a dessert to be shared
• Desserts should be SMALL SIZE servings, like samples, as women will want to take several to taste
• Provide homemade or store bought dessert, enough to serve 10-12 people.  Cookies, pies, cakes cupcakes, special holiday dessert…anything festive
• CAKES/PIES: must be cut 
• Plate your dessert on platter/stand as it will be on the buffet table
• Drop off dessert:  Bring the dessert, cut, plated and ready to serve. Place it on the table set up for the desserts 
• Pick up any dishes before leaving for the evening

• will be from 3:30 to 5:30 pm at the Quigley
• Hostess Table Standard picked up from café counter
• Select your table & place your table standard on that table 
• Tables will be set for 8. If you have more than that, please move extra chairs to your table once your table has been selected
• All tables must be decorated by 6:15 pm
• Tables will be covered with black tablecloth

• Each table is responsible for their own clean up
• Be prepared to leave the building by 9:30 pm

Please Note
This is a very popular event, so please submit your registration by Monday, December 2nd. We suggest each table hostess pay in full and then collect from her guests.
