Holy Trinity has an established Communications Policy to assist with communicating important information to our parishioners in an impartial, effective and timely manner. The goals of the Parish in its communications policy include:
- Honor the Liturgy as a sacred time
- Honor our space as sacred space
- Provide guidance to facilitate clear, consistent, and effective communication for
- Lobby and/or Social Room presence
- Weekly pulpit announcements
- Informational presentations by guests
- Out-of-ordinary financial appeals

Gast Social Room or Church Lobby:
If you would like to schedule use of the Church Social Room or the Lobby after Masses, please review our communications policy and then contact Sheri Resa at (913) 895-0602 or at [email protected]
Bulletin:
If you would like to place an article in the weekly Parish Bulletin, please review Bulletin Guidelines
Parish Update:
Each Friday afternoon a newsletter is emailed to members of the parish. It inculdes an abbreviated version of our weekly bulletin and sent via our Flocknote communications tool. All special notices included in the Bulletin are also included in the Parish Update.
Pulpit Announcement:
If you would like to have an announcement made at the weekend Masses, please email your request before noon on the Tuesday before the desired weekend announcement. Submit it to Sheri Resa at s[email protected] See Policy link for details.
Parish Website:
If you would like to have information posted on the parish website, or find errors or a portion of the website not working correctly, please email the parish website administrator at [email protected]

Flocknotes

Holy Trinity uses a communication tool called Flocknotes which provides a means for the parish to communicate urgent and important information to you in a timely manner. Weekly updates (similar to a newsletter) are also emailed on Friday afternoons which helps our parishioners know what's going on in our parish community. Each parishioner has the ability to update their own communication preferences through the Flocknote application. If you already have an established Flocknote account, you can access it at htlenexa.flocknote.com
As with all confidential information, Holy Trinity and Flocknotes will NOT sell or distribute your information to any other sources.
