- New Communication Tool: Flocknotes!
  
  Holy Trinity has begun migrating to a new communication tool called Flocknotes. Flocknotes allows us to communicate urgent and important information to you in a timely manner and allows you to update your communication information AND preferences. We are in the process of moving all of our emails and texts over to Flocknotes and away from iContact.

  Honor the Liturgy as a sacred time.
  
  Honor our space as sacred space.
  
  Provide guidance to facilitate clear, consistent, and effective communication for
  
  Lobby and/or Social Room presence
  
  Weekly pulpit announcements
  
  Informational presentations by guests
  
  Out-of-ordinary financial appeals

  Gast Social Room or Church Lobby: If you would like to schedule use of the Church Social Room or the Lobby after Masses, please contact Stan Nill at (913) 895-0605 or at snill@htlenexa.org
  
  Bulletin: If you would like to place an article in the weekly Parish Bulletin, guidelines are posted HERE
  
  Pulpit Announcement: If you would like to have an announcement made at the weekend Masses, please email your request before noon on Tuesday to Deacon Stuart Holland at sholland@htlenexa.org See posted policy below for details.
