What we do 
Proclaim the Word of God at Mass

Volunteer Opportunities
It is the privilege of lectors to proclaim the Word of God at our liturgical celebration, the Mass. Lectors also read our petitions, communion meditations and make announcements. Volunteers are assigned to a Mass of their preference. Youth are the lectors for the 5:00 p.m. Sunday night Mass. Men and women of the parish are encouraged to serve in this important ministry.

Time Commitment 
One Mass or Holy Day approximately every 4 to 6 weeks

Training  
A one-hour training session in the church, plus on-going formation
